If you want to up the conservative factor, then layer a blazer, cropped jacket, or chiffon flyaway cardi over the bra top. How To Wear Neon (and not look like a raver)

I have been quite inspired by neon lately. I don't really own any but it is nice to live vicariously through other avid bloggers like myself. My inner Johnny Cash screams NO, but the head to toe neon trend is becoming more chic and less rave.
